When you rent from Schroeder
Apartments, we require a LEASE
AGREEMENT that runs for twelve (12)
months. We also require a DAMAGE DEPOSIT
in the amount of the first month's rent.
For example, if RENT is $750.00/mo., your DAMAGE
DEPOSIT is $750.00 making a subtotal
of $1500.00 due at the time of signing. We also
require the last month's rent prior to moving in.
We try to make it easy for you to move
in by providing all telephone numbers of the utilities that will be used while renting the apartment. The electric company, the phone
company, garbage services available, internet
services available, etc. will be given to you
on your lease so that your move will run
smoothly.
We also provide each renter with an
outside storage shed (4' X 8')space to allow for the
storage of your lawn mower. This is necesary as during the summer months, each renter will take their turn keep ing the yard mowed. Arrangements can be worked out between each duplex unit. Schroeder Apartments will require mowing when
appropriate.
Two car spots are available for each
apartment. No assigned spots are made and
parking is a first come / first serve basis.
Each unit has an outside porch as well.
After a period of twelve (12) months,
the lease runs from month to month. If you have
any questions about the lease, you can contact
Mr. Schroeder who lives on the premises. Units
are rented with all facilities functional and
will be maintained by the landlord as needed.
